Angela Duckworth's new book Grit is just out, expect to see it on the best seller list soon. Well written, interesting, informative, very helpful if you want to get Grit!

A student of Martin Seiligman, the father of Positive Psychology, she looks at the aspect of a person that is the best predictor of success, "Grit."

Our culture focuses on talent and natural ability, but it turns out effort is much more important. That effort comes from four character traits that can be enhanced.
